TEMP OF THE YEAR 2008

Well Done and many congratulation to Steve, who has been selected as our Temp of The Year 2008.  It was a very difficult decision; all our temps during 2008 have been real stars.  Steve was quite speechless when we made the call to let him know.  He has decided to go out for a slap out meal to celebrate and we will share the photos with you once we have them

December 2008

Bernie has been a great member of our team and has proved to be very loyal with a flexible approach.  She has undertaken several assignments for us and has always proved to be a real asset, she has never let us down and although she is a highly skilled commercial temp – she has got her rubber gloves out and helped us out at very short notice!  Thanks Bernie we appreciate your hard work. 

NOVEMBER 2008

Silvia has been a star since she registered with us in August 2008.  Within a week she was out on a short term assignment - she is still there!  She has proved to be a real asset for our customer, they have said she is one of the best workers they have had and have put her through additional training  which has given her more flexibility.  We have never seen her without a smile and we are delighted to award her temp of the month.  Thanks Silvia you're an angel.

October 2008

When Andrew registered with us he advised he would do anything and would be available at short notice.  He has been true to his word, displaying a great attitude and flexibility – thanks Andrew you have really helped us out – on more than one occasion.   Andrew is reliable and able to work without supervision WELL DONE

September 2008

Steve has been a permanent temp for us since we opened in October 2007.  He has never turned any assignment down, has never let us down and looks after new temps when they join him on assignments.  Steve has made a lasting impression with our clients he is outgoing, polite and friendly Steve thanks for all your hard work its much appreciated. WELL DONE

August 2008

Louise is a Whirlwind!! – and our client speaks very highly of her.  Although she is on assignment to work in the office if she has finished her work she will join the team in the workshop and mucks in to get the job done, this can range from car valeting to the delivery of vehicles, she is proactive to ensure her days are fully productive.Louise is a breath
of fresh air, with a can-do attitude and is eager and dedicated.  Thanks Louise WELL DONE

July 2008

Charlotte walked through our door and was interviewed and given the assignment within two hours.  The feedback from our client has been first class, she has taken the challenge by the horns, got stuck in and got everything sorted and more!.  She is a real joy, a down to earth approach and a sense of humour - thanks Charlotte, this was a difficult one but you acheived 100% - WELL DONE

June 2008

A big THANK-YOU to Miranda who has been a temp with us since begining of March 2008.  Since undertaking an assignment for us Miranda has proved to be loyal and conscientious.  Her bright assertive nature ensures no task is too much trouble - she is always professional.  She has never let us down and is an asset to us.  Thank you Miranda it's great to have you in our team.

May 2008

It is a double celebration for Lyn and Val, they both have been awarded Temp of The Month and also received a bottle of Bucks Fizz to celebrate National Temporary Workers Week.    We are proud to have Lyn and Val on our books and when it came to decide who should received Temp of the Month for May we could not choose, both have shown great loyalty and commitment to their assignments, feedback from clients is great and its always a pleasure when they pop into the office to hand in timesheets and have a chat.  Thank you both.

Dennis has been a gem since day one.  He has excellent attendance, time keeping and produces excellent quality of work. Gail registered with us last year and has been a real asset to our team.  She has a fantastic attitude with a can-do approach. Our clients ‘love’ her, she has excellent skills and always looking for more to do one assignment has lead her to become a volunteer for the CAB in Gillingham.Thanks Gail You will be missed when you move to France!

Steve has received outstanding feedback from our client.

He has received excellent ratings in attendance, time keeping, quality of work, honesty, appearance and flexibility/ attitude.

Our client made a special effort to come into our offices to let us know he has undoubtedly been one of the best temps that they have had.  He  is versatile and flexible and we are told was described by one of the Directors as a “star!”.  Our client has advised they will be pro-active in ensuring that they keep him within the business for as long as possible!
